What is Rome Art Coterie?
RAC is an organization that supports the visual arts in Rome and the surrounding communities. Individuals are encouraged to join this group for personal enrichment and camaraderie while studying and producing two and three-dimensional art.

How much are membership dues?
Individual membership is $25. Student membership is $15. Family or couple membership is $40. RAC's fiscal year runs from September to September. Dues are prorated after March.

When and where are meetings held?
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at Rome Area Council for the Arts, 248 Broad Street , Rome GA. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m.

To whom do I make my check payable?
Make checks payable to: Rome Art Coterie, c/o Rome Area Council for the Arts, PO Box 203, Rome, GA 30162.

What are my dues and donations used for?
Money raised goes toward trips to museums and galleries, opportunities to exhibit artwork, critique groups, lectures by professional artists, workshops and social events.

What types of workshops and demonstrations do you offer?
We usually poll the membership for their requests. See our calendar of events for those already scheduled for this year.

What type of media do you accept?
All media is accepted. We have no limitations on media at this time.

I'm not an artist but would like to offer my support. Do you accept donations?
Yes, tax deductible donations are accepted and appreciated. Anyone with an appreciation for the visual arts is invited to join RAC.

Yes, we do. We want to hear from you and look forward to receiving your messages. Given our schedules, we ask you allow us 72 hours for a response. If you haven't heard from us by then, your email client may be blocking email from us.
